![]() ![]() If not, Quest Hunter stays as it is, with the same problems as before. TL DR - If the +1/+1 effect is major, This deck could be new meta. ![]() But I was so hopeful for this quest that I crafted it on day 1, much to my disappointment, so I'm personally more skeptical. I can definitely see those buffed 1-drops being really powerful and running away with the game. Perhaps I'm just too pessimistic about Prince Keleseth and his effect on the deck. Since you can't mulligan the Quest away, the chances of this are alot smaller. ![]() This kinda makes it a win-more type of card (in my opinion), making it kinda essential to get it on turn 2. I don't know if it'd be enough but I feel if you could get the board under control, you won't lose it. Playing Prince Keleseth on turn 2 (ideal) would give all your other 1-drops the ability to actually contest your opponent's board in time for you to complete the Quest. That said, this deck could indeed be viable in getting to that point. In this case, the stat buff doesn't matter much. It's that ability to run several raptors into your opponent's board and then instantly replace them that makes the deck really strong. If you've got to the point in the game where you've got the Quest complete, you'll usually be able to win purely on numbers. The largest buff buff from Prince Keleseth will be to the raptors, from 3/2s to 4/3s, which I believe doesn't matter much. Shared my thoughts on Prince Keleseth in Quest Hunter in another similar deck, so I'll just put it again here. Mysteries of the Phoenix: Druid and Hunter Houndmaster Shaw isnt necessary, you can replace it with another. Mysteries of the Phoenix: Warrior and Rogue Keleseth is good at the start of the game and after using at least one of the Queen Carnessas.
